Picture A only Almonds no doubt it is very healthy but it can not stastisfy ur hunger for longer time . As it is calorie dense.
Picture B Makhans +Almonds is also very healthy and nutritious . So here I didn’t roasted Makhans because it will increase its calorie to high.
